GALLERY MALAYSIANA – A PHOTO WEBSITE WITH THE FOCUS ON NATURE

This Emerald Moth (Euxena albiguttata, Family Geometridae) adopts a slightly different strategy. It mimics a green leaf, complete with blemishes or blight spots, and settles with its wings pressed flat against a leaf in order to blend in with the greenery of the forest undergrowth.
